Instant Rava Dosa Mix

Our Instant Rava Dosa Mix is Great in taste and yet easy to make.Measure one volume (cup) of instant dosa mix & add 11/2 volumes (cups) of water to the mix.

  • Using fingers only, mix into a smooth batter without lumps.
  • Heat a griddle(flat tawa) and smear it well with oil.
  • Pour and spread the batter on the griddle(tawa).
  • Shallow fry the dosai till the under side turns golden brown
  • Serve hot with instant sambar and chutney.
  • If desired, cooked vegetables like potatao, onion, etc may be spread over the fried dosai, and the edges folded over, to make masala dosai.

Instant Adai Mix

Instant Adai Mix: Easy to make, just add normal water to mix, make to smooth bater, rest for 20 minutes, bater is ready for use. Make chapatti/parotha or can also be made in tandoor. Made from finest wheat flour, select spices. Standardisation of taste, no wastage. Low cost of finished product 50 gms chapatti will cost about rs 1=70p. Introducing adai , a authentic south indian dish, made from lentils rice & select spices. Very healthy & nutricious. Can be made into dosa, utthappa, idli and dhokla form. Bisi Bele Bath Mix

This Bisi Bele Bath Mix has it's own aroma which makes it so special. Fry 5 grams (1 teaspoon) of mustard in 25 grms (5 teaspoons ) of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour the contents of this packet to the vessel along with 700 ml, (3 volumes/ 1 volume of mix ) water. raise to boil and continue heating with stirring for 3-5 minutes until the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked soft. Keep for 5 minutes and serve hot.
